Welcome to Rueda Racing

Rueda Racing is putting together a team, comprised by Hispanics to compete in the NASCAR® Busch Series Level. The goal is to recruit team members, not because they are Hispanic, but because they are talented and just happen to be Hispanic, preferably bilingual. We want to reach out to the Hispanic community by showing them that it is possible to thrive within NASCAR® without losing their identity and that they are welcome to the sport. Latinos will recognize the names and faces of Rueda Racing's team members and immediately connect with them. They will recognize them as part of their community and will have a strong draw to them, given that they are truly part of their world.

We want to see more Hispanic people, not only behind the wheel, but in the pits, on the stands, watching the race on TV, listening to it on radio, and supporting those corporations that sponsor Rueda Racing.

NASCAR doesn't need to go beyond our border in order to attract those with Latin American Heritage living in the United States, they, 15% of the population and growing, and we are right in their back yard.

By a conscientious effort and high standards, Rueda Racing will build a strong team that will exemplify the best that America and the Hispanic community has to offer. We believe that the Hispanic community's core values are very much in tune with those of NASCAR® fans, and once the proper introduction is made, they will all become part of a larger general market NASCAR® family that will see the sport evolve into much bigger things.

Rueda Racing already has spiked up interest about the project with several major corporations that through NASCAR want to reach out to the Hispanic community and is currently looking for the following:

1. Qualified Crew members

2. More corporate sponsors for the financing of the operation

Given the growth of the Hispanic Community, and the economic importance it has developed in recent times, this effort will not only be recognized in industry publications, but it will generate immeasurable PR that will benefit the NASCAR family as a whole.
